I’m Carolina Brearley, a mom of two, fitness creator, and founder of the On a Beat app. I’ve been teaching group fitness classes for over 10 years, and I’m obsessed with strength training and dance fitness, especially anything with a great beat (yes, Bollywood included!). I created On a Beat to help women like me—busy, juggling a million things—feel strong, energized, and connected through movement.
My workouts are designed for real life: fun, effective, and doable at home. On this app, you’ll find everything from dumbbell strength training to high-energy dance cardio and Zumba, all geared toward women in their 30s, 40s, and 50s who want to feel good in their bodies again.
