Hi! I’m Carolina Brearley, a mom of two, fitness creator, and founder of the On a Beat app. I’ve been teaching group fitness classes for over 10 years, and I’m obsessed with strength training and dance fitness, especially anything with a great beat (yes, Bollywood included!). I created On a Beat to help women like me—busy, juggling a million things—feel strong, energized, and connected through movement.
