Hi! I’m Carolina Brearley, a mom of two, fitness creator, and founder of the On a Beat app. I’ve been teaching group fitness classes for over 10 years, and I’m obsessed with strength training and dance fitness—especially anything with a great beat (yes, Bollywood included!).
